Hi, I’m Jose Serna, founder of Notarize Public Nation. My journey into the notary world started with a deep desire to help people during some of the most important moments in their lives. From verifying documents to guiding clients through critical paperwork, I learned that notary work is about more than stamps and signatures — it’s about service, trust, and reliability.

I began as a traditional notary, proudly serving my community with attention to detail and integrity. Over time, I expanded my knowledge and became a certified signing agent, helping clients complete loan signings, real estate transactions, and more — always with professionalism and care.

Today, I provide a full range of notarial services including Remote Online Notarization (RON), traditional notary acts, and loan signings across Texas. My mission is simple: to make the notarization process smooth, secure, and accessible — whenever and wherever you need it.
